The plugin is pac. For this plugin to work you will need to create a screen vector shape where you want to apply you. Great for devices mockups. Go to your figma project right click and select plugins or go to the hamburger menu at the top left corner of your screen move your cursor to plugins hover the cursor on artboard mockup plugins.
